While vacationing in The Villages our senior dog had a wound on his back that wasn’t healing properly. We took him to Priority pet Urgent Care and were very pleased with their services. We were promptly seen by the tech and then by Dr Hendrix. He was great! I would recommend this Urgent Care.

Found this place by accident while frantically googling our options to have our older kitty seen for an urgent issue. We had been to a few of the ERs around town over the past 2 decades and, while they are okay, the pricing was always financially crippling, so we were thrilled to discover an urgent care option that was so close to home. We didn't know what to expect, but we decided to give it a try and rushed out the door without calling first. To our surprise, there were no other patients waiting when we arrived and we were seen pretty quickly. The techs were incredibly kind, as was the doctor, and they took amazing care of our old boy. They were not judgmental despite the issue being something that we regrettably hadn't noticed in the midst of an insanely busy/overwhelming couple months. We felt awful to learn that the problem was one we had likely missed for weeks, but they were deeply compassionate, which meant the world to us. The cost was also quite reasonable, which we were so grateful for as finances have been tight. I can't thank the staff here enough for everything they did for our beloved pet and the kindness they showed us in the process. We will definitely be returning next time one of our pets needs urgent care. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone at Priority Pet is absolutely amazing! Lindsey at the front desk is so kind in these scary moments, Kelly (one of the nurses) was so gentle in the way she drew blood, gave injections, and IV fluids. Dr. Slater was also amazing! She took the time to explain everything and walked us through everything we needed to know. I've told all of my friends who have pets that this is the place to go in an emergency. Lindsey at the front desk and the follow up calls. Kelly who was our nurse and Dr. Slater who lead the whole amazing team. I cannot thank you all enough! What I appreciated most was the love and tenderness shown to my dog.

This place is absolutely awesome! Kristen Slayter was so sweet with our very difficult dog, I couldn't be more grateful. They gave us a ton of options/ recommendations for treatment and let us decide what was best without any pressure. The prices are very fair. From the moment we walked in ( very late at night) they all made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I hope we don't have another emergency but if we do, we know exactly where to go! I've been spreading the word to all my fur baby parents. Thank yall again for being so kind at a scary time, especially with my stinker of a pup!
